This collection contains the papers of John Aronson of Lincoln County. John Aronson was a farmer, and his papers include a land advertisement written in Swedish for immigrants by the Winona and St. Peter Railroad in 1879, a series of bound maps indicating the parcels of land that are available along the proposed railroad route and which ones have already been purchased. Also included in this collection are miscellaneous receipts, statements, and bills, with some correspondence.
