Dr. William Bechtol , Director of Omega College at Southwest State University, discusses the changes occurring at Southwest State University during its first decade. Dr. Bechtol concentrates in the area of the Education programs offered at Southwest State University. The inte rview was conducted just prior to his resignation in the summer of 1977, to accept a new position at Southwest Texas University.
