Scope and Contents
Blankenburg was born May 20, 1892, and was adopted from the State Orphanage at Owatonna, Minnesota. He was active in baseball while in high school and played on the Lakefield town team. He was a veterinarian in Lakefield, in business with his father. Later he began farming west of Lakefield. He talks about farming, baseball and the veterinary business.
